​Posè is the artistic pseudonym of Alexandra, a multidisciplinary artist working across embroidery, painting, and drawing. With a professional background in fashion design, Alexandra enjoyed a successful career in the industry before focusing on her artistic practice and art education.Originally from London, she trained as a Fashion Designer at The London College of Fashion and worked for several high-fashion labels, including Vivienne Westwood, Bottega Veneta, and Michael Kors. Now, alongside her artistic practice, she teaches Art and Fashion while continuing to develop her own work.Alexandra's work is centered around figurative and contemporary approaches to embroidery, painting, and drawing. Her signature style is defined by expressive color palettes, dynamic mark-making, and a unique ability to draw with thread.
